Married on November 8 1795 in Taunton to Sally Leonard(1776-1802)who was a descendent of Nicholas White Sr.of Taunton,the first generation in New England.He married,2nd,in 1811,Elizabeth,daughter of Dr.William Baylies of Dighton.Children:Maria b.May 20 1796 and died Jan 17 1816.Sally b.Nov 6 1797.Abigail b.1802 died Feb 13 1887.Among other positions he was treasurer of Bristol County Massachusetts.
