Doris is survived by 11 of her 12 children, Madeline Powell, Antoinette Benfield, William Carraway, Angela Carraway, Robert Carraway, Larry Carraway, Carolyn Kennedy, Barbara Brock, Kathleen Bald, John Carraway, Eileen Carraway; 29 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Paul Cronin. She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, William Robert Carraway; her son, Stephen Thomas Carraway; her grandson, William "Willy" Carraway; and four of her siblings. A funeral will be held Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 11 a.m. at St. Thomas More Parish, 3525 Southwest Patton Road, Portland, OR. A memorial Mass and interment will occur Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 9 a.m. at Arlington Cemetery in Arlington, Va. Arrangements by Crown - Portland. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
