99, of Route 1, died Oct. 20, 1991, at Lancaster Convalescent Center. Funeral is 2 p.m. today at Beaver Creek Baptist Church, where she was a member. The Revs. Mike Hammond and Steve Neal will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Cauthen Funeral Home is in charge.
Mrs. Bowers, a homemaker, was born in Heath Springs and was the daughter of the late Butler Alexander and Eleanor Croxton. She was the widow of the late James Bowers.
Survivors are her daughter, Mrs. Louise Hilliard; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
