Mrs. Arends, of Caledonia, MS, passed away Friday at Baptist Memorial Hospital - Golden Triangle in Columbus , MS. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at Reality Church, located on County Road 9, Millport, AL. Visitation will be at the church Tuesday evening from 5:00 until service time at 7:00 P.M. Graveside services and burial will be Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Otts Funeral Home directing.
She attended school at both Vernon and Sulligent. Mary was a graduate of ICC in Fulton, MS. After graduation, she worked and retired as a registered nurse for Shearer Richardson Nursing Home in Okolona, MS. She was a member of Reality Church located in Millport, Alabama.
She was preceded in death by her parents Braxton and Lois Cunningham; son Terry Joe Vice; brothers Phillip Cunningham and Robbie Cunningham and sister Betty Harrison
