Susan was born January 7, 1946 in Marion, Ohio, was the daughter of the late Richard Cusick and R. Eileen (Freshour) Cusick.
She was preceded in death by brother, Michael Cusick: sister, Janet (Cusick) Pinder.
She is survived by devoted daughters, Cindy Panagiotatos (Greg), Shelly Erasmus (Clint); son, Scott Blystone (Heather): granddaughters, Crystal Mendez, Haylie and Trystin Erasmus, Genna and Laiken Riddell, Emma and Laney Blystone, all of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida: suvivors also include sisters, Pat Miller (Bob) of Marion, Ohio, Rose Mary Estice (Ernie) of Columbus, Ohio: brothers, Dan Cusick (Sharon) of Pasadena, Texas, and Jeff Cusick (Melissa) of Katy, Texas: special aunt, JoAnne Schweinfurth of North Fort Myers, Floida and many other relatives and friends.
Susan was a lab manger for Pediatric Associates of Florida. She was member of Christ the Rock Community Church where she was a leader for kids on the Rock Ministry. Susan's love for children was evident in her commitment to her parents, to the children of her church and to her seven granddaughters. Susan's strong faith in God influenced her life and the lives of the all those who knew and loved her.
