She was born Aug. 23, 1892, in Chicago, and was graduated from the University of Chicago in 1913.
She was a member of the University Club, First Methodist Church and a charter member of the Mt. Hood Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Edward Clark, Salem, and Charles Clark, Rogue River; a daughter, Betty Fry, Mercer Island, Wash., 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Cremation will be in Riverview Abbey.
