Eleanor Helen "Babe" Danyi, age 71, of Toledo, passed away peacefully, Saturday, September 12th, 2009, at Orchard Villa Care Center, Oregon, Ohio.
She was born November 25th, 1937 to Leo and Helen (Dobrasz) Kemp in Toledo.
Eleanor was a devout Catholic with a strong faith, reciting the Rosary every day. She was also a loving mother and grandmother, cherishing the time she was able to spend with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Eleanor was preceded in death by brothers, Leonard and Floyd Kemp and sister, Lorraine Bondy.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Christine (Nick) Eddy and Yvonne (John) Bartlett of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Sydney, Adam and Alex Huntermark and Jocelyn Bartlett; step-grandchildren, Michael, Christopher and McKenzie Eddy; brother, Paul (Faye) Kemp; several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
The family will receive guests Tuesday from 3-8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Chaplain Christopher Roper. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
