Anne Davies, the beloved wife of Evan Morris Davies; had two daughters: Judith Griffiths and Sheena Jones, with her first husband, and had four beloved grandchildren: Paul Griffiths, Faye Griffiths, Claire Jones and Andrew Jones.
Anne was born in Detroit in the USA to Scottish parents and relocated to Scotland in the early 1930s following the Great Depression (aka The Wall Street Crash).
Anne was much loved and a famous figure at the Ffestiniog Railway, where Evan had worked since his early teenage years.
Following Evan's unfortunate death in 1996, Anne moved to Lancashire before returning to Porthmadog and then relocated to Saxmundham to be near her daughter Judith.
Anne sadly passed away on April 25th 2009.
