Russella Vera Davis Condley, 74, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 in San Antonio. She was born on October 30, 1941 in Texarkana, Arkansas, to Roy Lee Davis and Carol Vera Carson Davis. She moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1953 and graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1959. She married Donald Condley in 1966. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brother Anthony Davis and her sister Neva Davis Harrison. Survivors include her brother Joel Davis and his wife Lena of Kyle, Texas and many nephews and nieces. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at Oak Hills Mortuary on Friday, July 8, 2016. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at Mission Burial Park North.
