EUNICE-A Celebration of Life will be Celebrated on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at 10:00 am at Ardoin's Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice for Batson Adam DeBarge, 90, who passed away Monday, January 19, 2009 at his residence. Burial to follow in the St. Paul Mausoleum with Father Cedric Sonnier officiating.
Batson was in the pipeline industry for 35 years and also a veteran of the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Adeoul and Anesia Bertrand DeBarge; a daughter, Norma Johnson; and a brother, Harold DeBarge.
The family request that visiting hours be observed on Monday, January 19, 2009 at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm Monday evening.
