I found here in Find A Grave under Rhoda Ellen Baker Green, memorial ID 114542316, an obituary that list Rhoda's mother as
Percilla Jane Decker Baker. Although the first name was not spelled the same as you have or I have on the family tree, I am assume her middle name was Jane. Thank you Contributor: JMUB (50088133)
Obit: Priscilla Baker, 95, widow of James Baker and resident of Freeport for 55 years, died at her home there at 5:30 a.m. today. A native of Guernsey county, Mrs. Baker was a daughter of the late Lewis and Sarah Moore Decker and was born July 12th, 1849. She was a member of the Quaker church. Surviving are six children, Mrs. Rhoda Green of Strasburg, Samuel Baker of Uhrichsville, Mrs. Elva Green of Freeport, Ross Baker of Hillsdale, Mich., Clarence Baker of Akron and Mrs. Anna Polen of Lutz, Florida. A brother, Peter Wesley Decker of Freeport, also survives. Funeral services will be heldon Wednesday at 2 p.m. (EWT) at the McCoy Funeral Home in Freeport with the Rev. Mr. Chalfant officiating. Burial will be made in Freeport cemetery. The Daily Times, New Philadelphia, OH., 04 Dec 1944, Mon ·Page 8.
