The daughter of Willie and Annie Lee Brown Denmark, she was born Monday, Feb. 18, 1929, in St. Petersburg. She was educated in the Pinellas County School District. On Nov. 16, 1946, she married Eugene Bunch and later became the parents of five daughters. She resided in Miami for many years and was employed as a dry cleaner presser, entering retirement after 30 years of service. She accepted Christ as her personal savior and was baptized Sept.3, 2000, at Mt. Tabor First Baptist Church and served in the Women's and Senior ministries. She enjoyed coloring and reading and especially loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Elaine Evans; four sisters; and two brothers.
Survivors are her daughters, Betty Bunch of St. Petersburg, Stella (Cecil) Nelson of San Mateo, Shirley Bunch and Patricia (James) Purdy, both of Palatka; like a sister, (Cousin), Shirley Coleman of St. Petersburg; 14 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Home going celebration will be Saturday, May 13 at Mt Tabor First Baptist Church in Palatka, Rev. Karl N. Flagg, senior pastor, is the eulogist.
