She has always lived in the vicinity, and is survived by four sons, Capt. August Ames, D.E. Ames, and Capt. F. C. Ames, all of Algonac, and Capt. William J. Ames of Detroit.: three sisters, Mrs. Martha Richardson, Mrs. Lucy A. Purdy, and Mrs. Lois D. Johnson, all of Portland, Me.
Funeral services will be held from the Episcopal Chruch at 2 PM Saturday, Rev. E. L. English officiating and burial in Oaklawn Cemetery."
