DESMOND--In this city, August 7, 1945, Mary Ann, beloved wife of the late James Boland, beloved mother of James B. and John J. Boland and Mrs. Margaret Kavanaugh, loving grandmother of Mary Ann and Joan Kavanaugh, and sister of Daniel and the late William Desmond; a native of County Cork, Ireland. The funeral will take place Friday, August 10 at 9:45 a.m., from the Memorial Chapels of Carew& English, Masonic at Golden Gate ave., thence to St. Anne’s Church, Judah st. at Funston ave., where a solemn requiem mass will be offered for the repose of her soul, commencing at 10:15 a.m. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery. Spiritual bouquets preferred.
