Betty J. (nee Diem) Crockett, 64 Of Glenolden, formerly of S.W. Philadelphia Betty J. (nee Diem) Crockett, 64, suddenly on March 23, 2011. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Anna Diem ( nee McClare) and the late Thomas Diem of S. W. Philadelphia. Betty was married to Charles Crockett in 1969 at the Woodland Avenue Presbyterian Church. Betty was an avid Phillies fan, liked the slot machines, bowling and gardening. She enjoyed being a member of a prayer group and an Elder at her church, but her favorite above all else was spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors: Her children Tina Chiango (John) of Secane, Thomas Crockett (Donna) of West Chester and Susan Kennedy (Thomas) of Perkiomenville; her mother Anna Diem (nee McClare) of S.W. Philadelphia; her grandchildren Julia, Jessica and Justin Chiango, Olivia and Amelia Crockett; also her siblings Roberta Brooke, Patricia Galanaugh and Charles Diem. Calling: Relatives and friends may call Sunday 7 to 9 PM and Monday after 9:30 AM at Kish Funeral Home, Ltd. 1998 Sproul Rd. Broomall, PA 19008 Funeral Service Monday 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Arlington Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Glenolden, Ashland Ave. & S. Chester Pike Glenolden, PA 19036.
