Born in Buffalo, New York, Tony was in the private employ of Yoko Ono at her apartment in the Dakota building in Manhattan for several years before his death from an extended illness. Tony was a cordial, easy going fellow and posessed a clever wit and good humor. He is missed by his family in New York as well as his extended family in Rhode Island. In recognition of his service and friendship, Ono placed a memorial bench in his name in the "Imagine" circle at the Central Park garden feature "Strawberry Fields," which pays homage to her late husband.
