Georgianna Kathryn Beckett, age 72, of Waverly, Ohio (formerly of Birmingham, Alabama) passed away on July 7, 1997. She was a member of Waverly First Baptist Church and a longtime choir member of Ruhama Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Warren Dixon and Basil Dixon.
Graveside service will be held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East Tuesday, July 15, 1997 at 10:00 A.M.
Survivors: husband, Gervys "G.R." Beckett; daughters, Gena Sue (James) Brown of Ferndale, Michigan and Janice Lynn (Craig) Shannon of Lakewood, Colorado; four grandchildren; brothers, Gordon G. Dixon of Birmingham, Alabama and Lewis Dixon of Smyrna, Georgia; and sister, Marjorie Baird of Birmingham, Alabama.
Ridout's Roebuck East Chapel is directing.
