She married Barney A. Bacon August 21, 1937 in Purcell, Oklahoma.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Harrah since 1952 and worked in the cafeteria for Harrah Public Schools for 18 years.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Pat Bacon of Harrah, daughters and sons-in-law, Anna Beth Winters of Harrah, Lyneeta and Jim Lady of Claremore and Elaine and Terry Hightower of Midwest City, sisters, Geneeta Allen of Page, Arizona and Geneva Vandiver of Silver City, New Mexico, brother, Wyman Dollar of Colorado Springs, Colorado, eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Bacon was preceded in death by her husband and four brothers.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, Harrah, under the direction of Asa Smith Funeral Service.
