Marjorie passed into eternal life at her home on April 2, 2005. Loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Marge was born in Applebee, South Dakota on April 7, 1910.

Marge or Margie, as friends often referred to her, loved driving her silver sports car, playing bridge with friends from Lansdale, PA, where she lived until moving to Hershey in 1999. She was a talented seamstress and a wonderful cook. She loved to dress to the nines and was referred to as "our teenage Nana" by her grandchildren. Marge attended Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Hershey, PA.

Marge was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Bankert, who died in 1977, her grand-daughter, Deborah Draves Rice, who died in 1984 and by her brother, H. Gerald Draves of Orange, California.

Surviving are three children, Bonnie Rice of Hershey, PA, Richard Bankert and wife, Sandra Yokota of Eden, New York, and Sharon McGrane and husband, John of West Chester, PA. Her eight grandchildren are Jennifer Rice and husband, Michael Forman of Philadelphia, Emily Rice-Epler and Dennis Epler of Harrisburg, Darin Bankert of Palmetto, FL, Lauren Bankert of Chicago, IL, Katherine Bankert of Eden, NY, David McGrane of Chicopee, MA, Allison McGrane of West Chester, and Michael McGrane of West Chester. Her three great-grandchildren, to whom she was "GG" are, Ava Rose Forman, Lyla Draves Forman, and Sadie Rae Forman of Philadelphia.

A celebration of her life memorial service will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 212 Cocoa Avenue, Hershey on Friday, April 15th at 11 a.m. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, contribu-tions in her memory may be made to her church.

Interment will be on April 6th at 12 noon at Whitemarsh Cemetery, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA.
