Juanita "Pat" Duesenberg Wiggins, 89, of Hope died at 3:35 p.m. Thursday, March 8, 2001, at Miller's Merry Manor at Hope.
She was a homemaker, a former member of Westport Baptist Church and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Petersburg, Va.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Norman Funeral Home at Hope with the Rev. Larry Dimick officiating. Calling will be from 10 a.m. until service time Monday. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Riverside Cemetery in Losantville.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana or Miller's Merry Manor activity fund.
Born in Westport Oct. 1, 1911, Mrs. Wiggins was the daughter of Ernest H. and Estella L. Landis Duesenberg. She married Gail D. Wiggins in March 1934. He died Dec. 25, 1991.
Survivors include nieces, Peggy May of Hope and Frances Hubert of California; a stepson, Charles W. Wiggins of Florida; two stepgrandsons; and two stepgreat-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by brothers, James and Robert Duesenberg, and sisters, Betty Geis, Anne Dimick and Mary Missimer.

The funeral for Juanita "Pat" Duesenberg Wiggins, 89, of Hope was Monday at Norman Funeral Home at Hope with the Revs. Larry and Janice Dimick officiating. Carol Ziegler was organist.
Burial was at Riverside Cemetery at Losantville. Pallbearers were Robert May, Carl Miller, Elsie Hege, Harold Dimick and Pat and Pam May.
Mrs. Wiggins died Thursday, March 8, 2001, at Miller's Merry Manor at Hope.
