Mrs. Elizabeth E. Campbell, 75, of 1450 N. Fourth St. died at 11:45 a.m. April 5, 1947 at Memorial hospital after a day's illness due to a cerebral hemorrhage.

Mrs. Campbell was born Feb. 14, 1872 in Salisbury.

She was a Springfield resident for a number of years and during the last five years was active in church work at the First United Brethren church.

She is survived by her husband, Frank M., to whom she was married Jan. 2, 1894; two sons, Jack B., of Alton, and Frank M., of Toledo, O.; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were at Ellinger and Kunz funeral home.

Burial was in Roselawn cemetery.
