ALVIN DUNLAP, 49, of 1588 Hester, operating room medical attendant for Methodist Hospital, died of cancer Friday at his home. Services will be at noon Friday at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church with burial in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at 2 p.m. Friday. M. J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home Whitehaven Chapel has charge. Mr. Dunlap, the husband of Mary S. Dunlap, also leaves a son, Alvin Dunlap Jr.; two sisters, Patricia Jones and Jelene Boyce, and a brother, Rickie Dunlap, all of Memphis, and a grandchild.
