Ann was born in Sterling, on Aug. 11, 1920, the daughter of the late John and Anna (Macko) Misura and was a long time Torrington resident. She was employed as a cafeteria supervisor at Torrington High School, retiring in 1988. She was a member of Holy Trinity Church and Saint Paul's Church and was a member of Saint Paul's retirees She was also a member of The Sullivan Senior Center and The Torringford Community Association.
She is survived by two daughters, Lynn Shuhi and husband Michael of Litchfield and Susan Grenier and husband Paul of Southington, and a son Paul Dzurilla and his wife Pamela of Torrington, four grandsons and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson Jared Grenier and a sister Mary Wynn and brothers John and Edward Misura.
Funeral services will be held at Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, Torrington CT, at 11 AM on Wednesday, March 16th, with burial following at Hillside Cemetery Friends may call at Phalen Funeral Home 285 Migeon Ave Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Saint Paul's Church.
