AUSTIN, Thelma, 76, of Steubenville, OH (Pleasant Hill), passed away peacefully at her home on Friday Nov. 30, 2012.

Thelma was born December 26, 1935 in Rolla, Missouri, daughter of the late John Henry and Lottie Glenn Eads.

She was formerly employed as a waitress at the former Isaly's and McDonalds in Steubenville. She loved to watch Cleveland Browns football games.

She was preceded in death by her husband William D. Austin in January of 2000.

Surviving are a niece Anna Mae Rice in Missouri; her caregiver Greg Cresap of Steubenville; also special thanks to her additional daytime caregivers, Ruth Blanton, Mary Blanton, Mary and Jamie.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4-7 p.m. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto, OH. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday with Rev. Kevin Rinkes officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Hills Memorial Gardens in Follansbee, WV.
