I have a strong suspicion this might be Eva Lurella Rogers/Rodgers Eads (b 5-1862 Corydon, IA). She was the wife of George Eads (b~1850 Burlington, Des Moines County, Iowa. They married in 1881. However, on that 1881 marriage record, her father is listed as George W. Cockayne so this might be her maiden name??? She is found in Oklahoma City in the 1907 census as a widow. I cannot find her after this date so I would suspect she remarried. To find more information on her which is very limited, see daughter Della Eads Day (b 12-20-1884 Burlington, Des Moines County, Iowa #23176944 (wife of Charles W. Day)

I believe the George W. Cockayne information is wrong as to her father. I believe the below census for William Henry Harrison Rodgers (later Rogers) is his father and the Mary listed is her mother. This is 1870 Corydon, IA census which is consistent with the information on daughter, Della's birth record:

Name: William H Rodgers
Age in 1870: 29
Birth Date: abt 1841
Birthplace: Illinois
Dwelling Number: 61
Home in 1870: Corydon, Wayne, Iowa
Race: White
Gender: Male
Post Office: Corydon
Occupation: Tinner
Male Citizen Over 21: Yes
Personal Estate Value: 865
Real Estate Value: 1800
Inferred Spouse:
Mary A Rodgers
Household Members Age
William H Rodgers 29
Mary A Rodgers 24
Horace W Rodgers 34
Earle P Rodgers 2
Eva L Rodgers 9
John W Rodgers 23
