Carla Dean Eads Baumstark, age 68, of Martinsville, Indiana, formerly of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Monday, August 28, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Carleton and Berniece Eads. She held two degrees—a Master of Science degree from Butler University, in Indiana, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University, in Indiana. She touched many lives as a case manager at Centerstone Behavioral Health.
She is survived by: a daughter, Erika (David) Johnson; twin grandchildren, Brady and Isabella, of Indiana; three sisters, Rita Stakelin, of Lexington, Dana (Phil) Florence and Gina (Kelly) McIlvain, both of Cynthiana; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of her life was held at LifePointe Community Church of the Nazarene, in Indiana. Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Care, in Indianapolis, Indiana, was in charge of arrangements.
