Barbara Barnette, age 80, of Bristol, Tennessee, died on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, Tennessee.
She was a daughter of the late Bob and Mary Ruth Earhart.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Lenore Bryant and Becky Oaks; and one brother, George Earhart.
She was a native of Wytheville, Virginia and had lived in Johnson City, Tennessee most of her life before moving to Bristol, Tennessee in 2010. She was a retired seamstress and was of the Baptist faith.
Barbara is survived by three sons, Eddie Barnette and Robert Barnette and his wife, Christine, all of Jonesboro, Tennessee, and Charles Barnette of Johnson City, Tennessee; two daughters, Teresa Herrmann of Johnson City, Tennessee and Tina Killion and her husband, Jack, of Bristol, Tennessee; three brothers, Dean Earhart, Doug Earhart, and Wayne Earhart; ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will follow at 7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Carl Riner officiating.
The committal service and interment will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at the East Tennessee Cemetery, Blountville, Tennessee.
