Alice Albon was born Oct. 4, 1901 in Beaucoup to Robert and Rachael Leaton Edwards. Her siblings include Ina Sanders, Edna Edwards, Ruth Beech, and Robert Edwards, all of Murphysboro.
She married Ralph Albon June 19, 1926, in Muphysboro. He survives as well as a son and daughter -- Ralph Jr. of Houston, Texas and Nancy Hanson of Belleville.
Mrs. Albon died at the age of 76.
