She was born on June 29, 1942, in Washington, a daughter of Della R. Chambers Faber, of Washington, and the late Edward E. Faber.
Linda was a 1960 graduate of Trinity High School, and was a fifty-three year member of Fairhill Manor Christian Church.
She had worked as a nurse’s aid in the Canonsburg Hospital, for twenty years.
A fan of oldies music, Linda loved spending winters in Florida.
Surviving is her partner of over thirty years, J.C. Miller.
Also surviving are two sons, Todd Allen (Scott Neslund) Barnhart, of Chicago, and Troy Edward (Lori) Barnhart, of Jefferson, PA; two sisters, Darla (Rick) Lewis, and Jeanne (Perry) Riffle, both of Washington; two grandchildren, Noelle Kristin Barnhart and Brenton Edward Barnhart; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is her former husband, George Edward Barnhart.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Alison Ave., Washington, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 24, 2016, with Rev. Michael Lehman officiating.
Burial will follow in West Alexander Cemetery.
