Elizabeth Ann Reid Anthony, age 76, of Edwards, died on Wednesday, October 29th, 2014.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday, November 4th at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Concordia. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:30pm on Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to family choice.

Born April 12th, 1938 in rural Sweet Springs, she was the daughter of the late Earl Fain Sr. and Elizabeth Griffitt Fain. Ann was raised in the Sweet Springs area where she was a graduate of Sweet Springs High School, lettering in Girls Basketball three years. On January 26th, 1957 she married Clinton A. Reid Sr., and then on October 9th, 1977 she married Leroy Anthony, who both preceded her in death. Ann loved to work and was employed at: Dr. Hadley G. Kimes Dental Office where she was a dental assistant and office manager, Hill Transportation as a bus driver and bus manager, Warsaw Public Schools as a bus driver, and Daylight Donuts where she did a little bit of everything.

Survivors include three children: Charlotte Talley and husband John, of Edwards; Clinton A. Reid Jr. and wife, Carol of Underwood, Iowa; Beverly Vosika and companion, John Fenner, of Stover; eight grandchildren: Chanda Talley, Joe Talley and companion, Mandi Dailey, C.J. Reid, Jacob Reid, Ethan Reid, Amber Jackson and husband, Jake, Richard Vosika and wife, Megan, and Sachel Gilbert and husband, Joshua; four great-grandchildren: Sawyer Jackson, Payton Vosika, Braxxton Vosika, and Kadence Gilbert; two brothers, Earl Fain Jr. and wife, Nila, of Hermitage, and William (Bill) Fain and wife, Donna, of Sweet Springs; two sisters, Jennie Niederjohn, of Concordia, and Jane Hall, of Pensacola, Fla.; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Ginger Lee Reid; one brother, John Franklin Fain; and one sister, Beverly Ruth Fain.
