Obituary: Printed Ottumwa Daily Courier; Ottumwa Wapello County Iowa; Nov 25, 1903: Mrs. Ann Chambers, who passed away Monday evening at 5:30 o'clock, was born in Kilkenny county. Ireland, in the year 1839. She came with her parents to Canada when she was but a child. The family resided in Canada for three years and later moved to Keokuk in the year 1857. In 1866 she came to Ottumwa. She was married to Edward Chambers in 1874. Mr. Chambers died November 29, 1880 and since that time Mrs. Chambers has lived with her brother, John Feehan, 610 East Second street, where her death occurred. Mrs. Chambers was a kind hearted woman, and her death will be mourned by a large circle of friends. The funeral services will take place at 10 o'clock Thursday morning at the Sacred Heart Catholic church. Rev Father James Foley, pastor officiating. The interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
