She was born Dec. 19, 1927 in Wood County to Edwin J. and Marguerite (Adler) Feehan. She married Paul R. Brown Oct. 20, 1949. He died Oct. 23, 2006.
Mrs. Brown retired after more than 22 years as secretary in the Sociology Department at Bowling Green State University.
She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
She and Paul were former members of Wally Byam Caravan Club International, attending many local, regional and national Airstream events. They were also avid fans of BGSU athletics, especially hockey, having been season ticket holders since the early 1970s.
Surviving are two sons, Harold and Larry (Dottie), both of Bowling Green, two daughters, Kathryn (Charlie) Bechstein, of Bowling Green, and Amy (Aaron) Ferguson, of Delaware; two grandchildren, Erin (Aaron) Holleran, of Walbridge; and Kristin Bechstein, of Bowling Green; one brother, Terry (Margaret) Feehan, of Custar; and three sisters, Mary Lue (Jim) Stein, of Custar; Helen (Ray) Birtcher, of Napoleon; and Eileen (Bill) Wotschak, of Sims, N. C.; and a special aunt, Colleen Baumbarger, of Custar.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church beginning at 1 p.m.
Interment will follow at Plain Township Cemetery
