JANET FLEET REEVE FIELD Age 89, passed away July 8, 2012 in Riverside. Born in Mattituck, Long Island, New York on January 4, 1923, she lived in Long Beach, California for 50 years and maintained a second home near Murrieta. She served in the US Navy during WWII and the Korean War. Janet was a Girl Scout leader and member of Mattituck and Lakewood First Presbyterian churches. She is predeceased by husband Trueman (Gene) Field and brother Thomas B. Reeve. She is survived by her children John of Long Beach and Kathryn of Riverside. Janet will be laid to rest with her husband at Riverside National Cemetery. Published in Press-Enterprise on July 13, 2012.
