FITZGERALD-DALRYMPLE, Sandra L. "Sandi" - 60, Nine Mile River, passed away at home on Sunday, August 1, 2004. Born in Shelburne, she was a daughter of Norma K. (Wolfe) Fitzgerald-Russell, Chester Basin, and the late Charles E. Fitzgerald (Coventry, England). Sandi was employed with T.U.N.S. in the accounting department for many years. She was also a hairstylist. Sandi was a quilter, crafter and gardener and her grandchildren were her life. She was a resident of Nine Mile River for over 20 years.
Surviving are her husband, Fred A. Dalrymple; daughters, Arlene Boyd (Glen), Grande Prairie, Alta.; Lynn A. Ford (David), Hammond Plains; Shelley D. Noonan, Kensington, P.E.I.; son, Rodrick N. Dalrymple (Kate), Calgary, Alta.; sisters, Cheryl Morrow (Bill), Chester Basin; Laureen Russell (Wendall), Western Shore; Sylvia Dodge, New Ross; Sasha Trueblood, Bermuda; brothers, Gary Russell (Marlene), Chester Basin; Alan, Geoffrey and David Fitzgerald, all of Coventry, England; grandchildren, Stephanie A. Boyd, Brandon Boyd, Matthew Ford, Kathrine Noonan, and Eddie Dalrymple.
She was predeceased by daughter, Randi Lynn Dalrymple; stepfather, Melvin H. Russell; stepmother, Kath Fitzgerald. Cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday August 5, in Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie, Pastor Ron Coole officiating. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
