Grove, Grace Elizabeth (nee Flanagan)

Age 85 of Maple Grove. Born Sept. 25, 1925 to Mary (Roberjek) and Daniel Flanagan in St. Paul. Died Tuesday, August 9, 2011 after a short illness.

She married Warren Grove on January 24, 1948. Grace was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and sister. Survived by children, James (Linda) Grove and Janet (Jerry Irvin) Grove; grandchildren, Maggie (Tomas) Slepickovi Grove, Katie, Nathaniel and Samantha Irvin; sisters, Della Mae (Fred) Zilka and Patricia Gawlik; brothers, Art and Jerry Flanagan; brother-in-law, Henry (Loretta) Grove; and many nieces and nephews.

Grace was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brothers, Glen, Del, and Frank.

Mass of Christian Burial, Friday, August 12, 2011 at 11 AM (with visitation 1 hour prior) at the Basilica of St. Mary, 88 N 17th St. Interment Fort Snelling Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 5-7 PM at Gill Brothers Funeral Chapel 7300 N. 42nd Ave. If so desired, memorials may be directed to the Minnesota Boychoir or the Basilica of St. Mary.
