Flynn, Jacob "Jake", age 17 of Lakeville, beloved son, brother, grandson and friend, passed away December 4th, 2015 suddenly in an auto accident. Jake is survived by parents, Kevin & Michelle, siblings Jordan, Jolie, Jace, grand parents Terry & Kathy Flynn of Apple Valley and Don & Dianne Swenson of Moorhead. Also by other loving aunts and uncles, cousins and many friends including his dear girlfriend, Taylor. Mass of Christian burial, 11am Thursday at All Saints Catholic Church (19795 Holyoke Ave), Lakeville. Visitation from 4-8pm Wednesday at White Funeral Home (20134 Kenwood TR) Lakeville and one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials will be forwarded by the family to some of Jakes favorite causes in lieu of flowers. Interment: All Saints Cemetery, Lakeville, MN
