"SCHENEVUS - Mrs. Currie Aldrich died at her home Thursday night of last week at 6:45 o'clock following a stroke Sunday. Death was caused by a cerebral hemorrhage. Mrs. Aldrich was born August 30, 1857, at Davenport, a daughter of Amos and Jane (Romans) Foote. On September 21, 1880, she married William R. Crandall of Davenport, who died February 26, 1890. Four daughters, Mrs. Pearl MacPherson of Sharon Springs, Miss B. Hazel Crandall, who died in 1920, Mrs. Howard Hornig of White Plains, and Mrs. John Hughes of Schenevus, were born. On May 12, 1900, she married Willis I. Aldrich of Westford, who died several years ago. Survivors are her three daughters, seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren, a niece, Mrs. Stanley Grady of Laurens and one nephew, William L. Elwell of Schenevus ...
