Services for Hattie Freeman Wylie, 91, 1303 North Manville, who died Saturday in a Boise hospital after a short illness, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cloverdale Funeral Home with the Rev. Ralph Fothergill officiating. Interment will be at Cloverdale Memorial Park.
She was born July 12, 1874, at Farley, Iowa. She was married to Clyde K. Wylie Sept. 22, 1897, after they graduated from the Epworth Seminary in Iowa where they met. They moved to Burley and homesteaded there in 1909 and in 1918 they moved to Meridian where they lived until 1952 when they moved to Boise. She was a member of the Meridian Methodist Church and was a charter member of the Meridian P.O.E.
Surviving besides her husband are five sons, Ralph R. Wylie, Pasco, Wash., Harold S. Wylie, Yakima, Wash., Arthur F. Wylie, Twin Falls, Clifford E. Wylie, Boise, and William B. Wylie, Meridian; three daughters, Mrs. Warren Roberts, Crawfordsville, Ind., Mrs. Dorothy Ragain, Boise, and Mrs. Harriet Faucett, Macedonia, Ohio; a brother, Louis G. Freeman, Hermiston, Ore., 12 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers include Ralph R. Wylie, Harold S. Wylie, Arthur F. Wylie, Clifford E. Wylie, William B. Wylie and Earl Hardy.
