PORTAGE --- Mrs. Curt Amos (Merle Frisbie), 79, of Portage, died Tuesday afternoon in Community Nursing Home.
She was born in Wayne to Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Frisbie (Delia Krotzer). She was a member of the Portage United Methodist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Kathleen Sickeres, Fostoria; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Miss Helen Frisbie, Toledo; and a brother, Lyell Frisbie, Painesville. Her husband died earlier.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Deck Funeral Home, Rev. R.A. Gallagher, Fort Wayne, Ind., will officiate. Burial will be in Portage Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2:30 p.m. Thursday.
