Bluefield, W Va, Sept 6. - Margaret Garner, the six year old daughter of Thomas B Garner, editor of the Daily Leader, met death yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock while at play at her parents residence. The little tot was playing on the portico of the third floor and an electric wire passed diagonally through the portico, and the little girl took hold of the wire with both hands, and fell backwards dead, with her hands badly burned.
