She was a homemaker and attended school in West Union. She was a member of First Christian Church. She loved her family and visiting with people.
She is survived by three children Delores Little (Norman "Nute"), with whom she resided, of Parkersburg, WV, Edith Nelson (Robert) of Parkersburg, and David Cooper (Marion) of Plant City, FL; grandchildren Charles Dowler, Gary Wilcox, Kathy File, Janelle "Susie" Wilcox, Terri Rollins (Marty), Mona Dowd (David), Mark Cooper (Diane); a special niece Linda Murphy (Bobby); great grandchildren Todd, Amy, Brad, Jacqueline, Chuckie, Kevin, Christina, Angelina, Jacob, Isabelle, Whitney, Garrett, and Jarod; and several great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Cooper, son Richard Cooper, brother Forest Garner, sister Nelda Rhyne, two granddaughters Debbie Gunter and Carlissa Little, a nephew Donnie Rhyne, and grandson-in-law Mark File.
She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Services will be Monday 1:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Reverend L. Norman Butler officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
