Card of Thanks

To the friends who so eagerly came in their splendid efforts to aid us in our sad trial, and who so faithfully and untiringly ministered to our loving daughter, wife and mother during her illness we wish to express our deepest gratitude. We are especially grateful for the beautiful floral offerings and the words of comfort offered by our friends.

Only He who doeth all things well is able to fittingly reward them and that He will do so is our sincere prayer.

Mrs. Davis was a member of the Methodist church and was not only faithful to her religion but just as steadfast in believing it was her duty as a christian to do the will of her Master at all times. Unselfishness was an outstanding attribute of her nature. In her heart she carried those she loved and her hand was never weary, her step never halted and ministering unto those who were in any way dependent upon her.
