Dorothy B. Baney, 97, Tyrone, formerly of Warriors Mark, died Thurs., April 22 at Centre Crest Nursing Center, Bellefonte. She was born in Warriors Mark, to Frank & Erma (Kinch) Geist. She married Eber 'Abe' Baney on March 30, 1934, in Warriors Mark. He died July 8, 1985. Surviving are daughters: Patricia & husband, Carl Rudy, Sewickley, Allegheny co. and Carol & husband, Donald Peters, Mackeyville, Clinton co.; son, Doug Baney & wife, Cheryl, State College; 9 grandchildren; 19 gr. grandchildren & 2 gr. gr. grandchildren. Mrs. Baney was a housewife and mother and member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Tyrone. Cox Funeral Home, Warriors Mark. Interment, Burket Cemetery, Warriors Mark.
