Evelyn J. Edwards 83, Indianapolis, passed away Friday, May 14, 2010. She was born in Indianapolis on May 4, 1927 to the late John and Mary Gellert. Evelyn was a graduate of St. Mary's Academy and had worked for Amerisure Insurance for 20 years.She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church and was a volunteer for the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl V. Edwards on December 24, 1996 and her sister Patricia Gellert. She is survived by her daughters, Carla Seibert (Gary) and Christine Edwards; and her sister, Margaret Unversagt.
