Ann Giacometti Boccolini, 80, of Rockaway, NJ and formerly of Old Forge, died Thursday in Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ. She was the widow of Samuel J. Boccolini, who died on Sept. 15, 1991. Born in Old Forge, daughter of the late Ubaldo and Cecelia Marianelli Giacometti, she was a graduate of Old Forge High School and attended Lackawanna Business College. Before her retirement she was employed as an accounting clerk for Acme Freight in Scranton. Ann resided in Rockaway, NJ for thirteen years and previously lived on West Grace St. in Old Forge for many years. She was a parishioner of St. Clement's Church in Rockaway and St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Old Forge. Ann held membership in the Rockaway Senior Citizens Association. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Angelo, Nello, Melio, and Clement Giacometti, and four sisters, Regina Mataloni, Josephine Mattioli, Margaret Colianni, and Rose Giacometti. The funeral will be Tuesday at 9:00 AM from the Victor M. Ferri Funeral Home, 522 Fallon St., Old Forge with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, West Grace and Lawrence Streets, Old Forge. Interment, Old Forge Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
