Winona Callahan, 74, of Jefferson, passed Tuesday at the Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House.
The Daughter of Alfred and Marjorie (Hutchins) Gibson, she was born in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. She married Christ Palamaris on June 5, 1962 they later divorced. Winona married Paul Callahan June 19th 1970, he passed in 2008.
Winona is survived by her son; Angelo Palamaris, daughter; Veronica Copple, Sister Jana Longstreet; 7 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded by husband Paul; sons; Alfred Palamaris and John Callahan; sisters Lavona, Sybil and Ruth.
There will be a 9:15am viewing and 10:00am service Monday Sept. 25th at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints in Jefferson with a 2:00pm graveside at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland following.
