Florentino Navarro Gonzales, 82, a resident of Las Vegas, passed away April 30, 2017. He was born May 2, 1934, in the Philippines to his parents Emilio Gonzales and Eloutoria Navarro. Florentino met and married the love of his life, Virginia Famanias. He served honorably in the United States Air Force, until retiring as a Staff Sergeant. Upon retiring, in 2000, Florentino and Virginia relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada to be closer to their family. Florentino was a loving husband, father and grandfather, who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing tennis, and eating Sushi. Florentino was preceded in death by his parents Emilio and Eloutoria; and siblings, Emilio Jr. and Delia. He is survived by his wife Virginia; children, Veronica and Emil; grandchildren, Nathaniel and Darnell; brothers, Arthur, Miguel, and Norberto; one sister, Helen; and Inlaws Paulino and Bibiana Famanias.
