ELLA LOUISE MOORE BALLINGER, 80, of Patriot, widow of Clemence Moore and Orville Ballinger, died Thursday in Holzer Medical Center. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two daughters, Carol Buttrick of Kanauga and Ella Mae Henry of Patriot one stepdaughter, Faye Goody of Gallipolis two sons, Thomas Moore of Patriot and Donald Moore of Crown City one brother, Dallas Goody of Springfield one sister, Opal Montgomery of Virginia and one half sister, Viola Hale of Cambridge. Funeral 1 p.m. Monday at Waugh-Halley-Wood Funeral Home burial in Crown City Cemetery . Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
