Daughter of Henry and Elizabeth (Petri) Zimmerley. She was their only daughter. She was a twin to her brother, Fred William Zimmerley; Her brother, Stuart, became a world famous Metalurgist and held many patents. Her brother, Howard, became a world famous Botonist and held patents of his own. She was an accomplished pianist, even in her old age.

She married Thomas (Frank) Granahan. Together, they raised seven children. Their descendants are many and she would be very pleased with them. She was a very sweet little lady.

She baked for her children on the weekend, so that they could have some homemade baked goods on Sunday morning. She was a very special lady.

She is buried in Section 34, Lot 725, next to her husband.
