ADKINS, WANDA GRANT, 66, Soddy Daisy, formerly of Morgan County, passed away Thursday, Feb. 3, 2005 in her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Lizzie Parks Grant; husband, Billy Dale Adkins; son, Terry Anthony Adkins; brother, Billy Grant; and sister Sue Thomas. She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Adkins of Soddy Daisy; grandchildren, Erick Adkins of Soddy Daisy, Crystal Summers of Wartburg and Nicole Godsey of Soddy Daisy; sisters, Alive Chapman and Betty Lawson both of Rockwood; brothers, Tommy Grant of Oakdale, Minuard Grant of Oakdale, H.F. Grant of Rockwood and Carson Grant of Kingston; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family received friends Saturday evening, Feb. 5, 2005 in Schubert Funeral Home in Wartburg from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Schubert Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glenn Leffew officiating. Interment followed in Nelson Cemetery, Catoosa.
